Emily Tudor, Mums in Mind

Bettie ran a gorgeous workshop for my Mums in Mind group. The workshop was set up perfectly . Each mum received a kit which were put together beautifully with lace, card and positive affirmations. The workshop allowed the mums to put together a mindful journal that they can use in their own time and make their own. The session was really relaxing and each mum benefited from the session. I would totally recommend Bettie for her well-being journaling workshops that she offers.

Chantalle Moverly, Ministry of Fun

We had great feedback from the sessions. My clients loved it!

Liz Bate, Always Be Content

Testimonials from workshop for UCL students:

'I think breaking it up with some talking and some journaling worked really well to keep it engaging'

'It was a really calm and relaxing session but I still learnt a lot.'

'Bettie was clearly very knowledgeable, the diagrams really helped with delivery'

Thanks so much for leading what sounds like a really thought provoking session.
