Wellbeing Journaling Workshops

Journaling is scientifically proven to help your mental wellbeing. For the past  five years I have been working on developing mindful pocket journals, Wellbeing Journals, which connect creativity with analytical thinking and help improve focus, relieve stress and promote living in the moment.

 

I have created online and face to face workshops to help you to de-clutter your mind, balance your body and soul and become more focused and happy within yourself, all while having fun. I would love to inspire you, motivate you and share my experience with overcoming challenges.

Wellbeing Journaling:
Tips to live
more mindfully

Learn how to improve sleep & focus, replace negative thoughts with positive ones & reconnect with yourself.

 

Scientific evidence supports the theory that journaling can have a positive effect on your wellbeing. It facilitates the process of reframing, changing mindset and increasing positivity and happiness.

We would start the workshop with short mindful exercise and will journal about 3 questions. Next I will demonstrate you how to prepare a journal page for a week using few art materials and doodles.

Who is this workshop for:

Anyone who leads busy life and would like to slow down for a bit and have fun rediscovering creativity. 

​

What material do I need to get started:

 You are welcome to use any material which suits your budget and brings you joy. You can use any material you have at home or office, pens, watercolours, acrylics, stickers, magazine cut outs, anything. Fine liner would be handy.

 

What can I gain from the workshop:

  • Relax for a moment and have fun exploring your mind ​

  • Re-discover the artist inside you

  • Implement tips to live more in the moment to enjoy your life

  • Appreciate what you have in your life and build on it

I had a wonderful morning creating my own Wellbeing Journal. I created lots of attractive and unique backgrounds using paint, collage and doodles and learnt about the benefits of creative journaling. Now each week I'll note what I am grateful for, inspirations, little victories and positive quotes and thoughts! I am looking forward to completing the journal through the week.

LETTERING

for Art Journals

Explore the beauty of imperfection in creative lettering, the art of drawing letters, which you can use in journaling, wall art, handmade cards – possibilities are endless.

Be inspired and experiment with different alphabets and discover your hand lettering style to match your unique personality.  In the workshop we will cover the key lettering basics, the process of forming letters and practise drawing numerous types of letters and words. 

​

As this is a live session on Zoom, you will be able to ask questions. It will also be recorded and link sent to you for further reference.

Create more positive, calmer you and increase your sense of gratitude & happiness with wellbeing journaling.

Over the 6 weeks we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start pocket journal and develop habit of creative art journaling. We will learn different art journaling techniques, how to draw borders, letters and doodles.

​

Who is this class for:

Anyone who would like to get creative in their journals and use different creative techniques while slowing down, appreciating present moments and dreaming about the future.

What material do I need to get started:

Over the 6 weeks we will be exploring different media - acrylics, watercolours, distress inks etc, but it is up to you which medium you would like to use and have fun with.

​

Apart from journaling techniques, each week we will explore one self-care topic:

Week 1 - Dismantle your old beliefs and let go of things that no longer serve you

Week 2 - Create a new habit and rituals

Week 3 - Gratitude and Beliefs

Week 4 - Learn more about yourself

Week 5 - Dreams, Goals and Little Victories

Week 6 - Create a vision board
