Would you like to learn how to develop a journaling habit, create a unique journal and train your mind to overcome negative thoughts?
I have decided to open registration for a 6 weeks online course in February 2020 again, where I will teach you about gratitude, things out of our control and how to set up routine. In short videos I will show you how to draw borders, headlines, different types of lettering and how to create journal which is more creative and fun so you are more likely to continue journal for longer.
You will gain an access to Wellbeing Journaling Facebook Group for accountability and higher chance to build journaling routine over the 6 weeks.

Habit Tracker and
Wellbeing Creative Journaling Workshop
Declutter your mind from negative thoughts and create positive mind. Stop for a moment and think about all the things you have in your life, which make you happy and you are grateful for. Usually the simple things in our lives which we take for granted, easily overlooked are the most precious.
In this workshop we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start pocket journal. We go through journaling prompts for self-discovery and learn how to keep track of habits and wellbeing. We will create a journaling mind map and learn how to design pocket journal spreads with mixed media, washi tapes, stamps and creative lettering.
Relax for a moment and have fun exploring your mind and experimenting over cup of tea or coffee.
A6 pocket journal and all material will be provided.

Learn how to create effective to-do-lists and get things done. Organise your mind and set realistic goals, plan ahead and make things happen using creative planner.
In this workshop we will explore how to create effective to-do-lists by creating goal map and learning how to design pocket journal spread with mixed media, washi tapes, stamps and creative lettering.
Relax for a moment and have fun experimenting and getting more organised over cup of tea or coffee.
