Learn how to improve sleep & focus, replace negative thoughts with positive ones & reconnect with yourself.


Scientific evidence supports the theory that journaling can have a positive effect on your wellbeing. It facilitates the process of reframing, changing mindset and increasing positivity and happiness.

We would start the workshop with short mindful exercise. I would explain you benefits of journaling and different ways how to journal. We will journal about 3 questions for self reflection. Next I will demonstrate you how to prepare a journal page for a week using few art materials which you have already at home and doodles.
