About the event
Scientific evidence supports the theory that journaling can have a positive effect on your wellbeing. It facilitates the process of reframing, changing mindset and increasing positivity and happiness.
We would start the workshop with short mindful exercise and will journal about 3 questions. Next I will talk about benefits of journaling and demonstrate you how to prepare a journal page for a week using few art materials and doodles.

Anyone who leads busy life and would like to slow down for a bit and have fun rediscovering creativity.
What material do I need to get started:
Use any material you have at home or office - pens, watercolours, acrylics, stickers, magazine cut outs, anything. Fine liner would be handy.
