About the event

Scientific evidence supports the theory that journaling can have a positive effect on your wellbeing. It facilitates the process of reframing, changing mindset and increasing positivity and happiness.

Join us for the first workshop of 6 weeks of Journaling for Wellbeing. If you like the session, you will be able to purchase 5 more sessions for extra £50.

We would start the workshop with short mindful exercise and will journal about 3 questions. Next I will talk about benefits of journaling and demonstrate you how to prepare a journal page for a week using few art materials and doodles.

Anyone who leads busy life and would like to slow down for a bit and have fun rediscovering creativity.
